I have applied for new connection on 27.11.2008 vides PTV No. UPWGZB200811321 and personally visit 2-3 times My wife meet SDO or your officer in Partap Vihar Ghaziabd office and I personally meet Mr. S.C. Tyagi (SDO) on 3.1.2009 and he commit me you will get Connection by Monday or Tuesday. When I ask for reason than he told me by misunderstanding our people transferred for WLL but now you don’t wary I will do it till Tuesday.
