NEW GAS CONNECTION
NEW GAS CONNECTION NOT ALLOTED

Dear Sir,

I am staying at hyderabad and having five member in my family. I have submitted an request at one GAS AGENCY for allotment of new Connection. in the month of January and the GAS AGENCY personnel have assured me that as soon they receive new connection they will allot it to me.

I have approached the GAS AGENCY for several times know these people are asking to make a fresh request for new connection.

Please help me. How can I approach the official with regard to this matter.
