Incorrect SR Type for Re-issue of Dr. Cd

This is to inform you that I had submitted an application for re-issuing a New Dr Cd as the same was misplaced while travelling.

Today on 27th Oct i.e. on the 14th day of the application I went to the bank for the reason for non deliverance of the Dr Card, I was informed that there was incorrect SR type for the re-issue of the Dr Card.

This is to inform you that the SR type was given by the Bank Person itself then how can there be In-Correct SR Type for the issue of the card.

Today I have made a fresh application for the re-issue of Debit Card that means I have to again wait for 7-10 days or more.
