NEXT RETAIL/HYUNDAI LCD(HLT1910)
Service under warranty is very poo

Hi,

I have Purchased HYUNDAI LCD (HLT 1910) from NEXT RETAIL (PANVEL, maharashtra).

after 2 months TV Tuner Card had got some trouble. I had logged a comlaint with NEXT.

Service Engineer had visited after many follow-ups.

He told me only TV Tuner Cards required to replace and he left without takink Faulty card.

After many followups he again visited and told me that the complete PCB (Board) required to replace.

and take complete Board with him. Till date (from 17 june -09) there is no response from NEXT RETAIL.

I think they are not able to satisfy a customer with "Quality service".

Please do the needful.
