I had purchased an Inverter at Nexus Company in Kakinada on 21-2 with an warranty of 1 year. I had paid 30, 000 rupees for it. With in 2 months the inverter was been damaged and when we had called the company person or the owner, he was not responding and the company Nexus does not exist. When we had called the owner, he is not responding or he is not lifting up the call. I need your help to find out a way in helping me to come out of the situation.
