Non-receipt of shares or the refund amount against my application no-5 1801026

I had applied for NHPC Ltd. public issue through bid system for 875 shares @Rs.36/- per share alongwith the total amount of Rs.31, 500/- (Rupees thirty one thousand & five hundred only) through Cheque No.529111 dated 10.08.2009 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058. The blunder committed by th Registrar to the issue Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd. that the BID NO08120588939 alloted to me has been given to somebody else. Hence, I am in dire problem that neither they have alloted me the shares nor they have sent back the money.

So, I request you kindly get the problem solved at the earliest for which I shall be highly grateful to you.
