NHPC ipo refund not received

I had applied for NHPC ipo. my application no is 25547514. i got 175 shares through ipo but did''t get the refund amount till 30/10/2k9. in karvey site Refund Amount has been credited to your account through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) as per the mandate recorded. I have check my a/c but amount is not credited in my a/c. i want to know whether my refund amount will be credited to my demat account or check will come to my home.
