Dear Customer Service Manager,

Reference to my below e-mail, yesterday I have received further sms from Axis Bank as below :

" Your AXIS Bank credit card xxxx6699 has been despatched via BLUEDART vide AWB # 44125016961. Contact local BLUEDART if undelivered in 72 hrs."

I have not applied for any credit card of your bank. Means you have generated my application

of your own and forcing me to receive the same.

This is the last warnig. If you don not withdraw the card immediately I will take legal

action against your bank with State Consumer Forum.

Dear Customer Service Manager,

Please go throgh the below long communication where I forced to spend a lot

of my valuable time.

After the below episode on 25th April I received one sms from AXIS Bank

as below :

" Dear Customer, Your credit card application with ref no 1365383 has been

approved and credit card will reach you shortly- AXIS Bank Credit"

May I Ask you :

1. Where this ref no got? Is AXIS bank has generated the same to disturd

people?

2. Do you have any policy that any how you will try to introduce credit card

to persons who has not applied or interested at all?

I am strongly telling you if without my concent any AXIS BANK credit card

will reach me then I will take strong action against your bank through State consumer

forum.
