Dear Sir,
I had got admitted into MCA (Lateral Entry) through NICE, BHUBANESWAR on
29.09.06. But my candidature for the same was rejected. I had brought this
to the notice of NICE but they told me that my candidature was rejected by
the Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Sambalpur University
and assured me that the course fees (Rs. 9000/- on 25.09.06 and Rs. 5000/-
on 01.11.06) a total of 14000/- would be refunded by subtracting clerical
charges. Also I had contacted the Directorate of Distance and Continuing
Education, Sambalpur University and they had replied me that money was
returned back to NICE, BHUBANESWAR vide Letter No: 501/DDCE/13.04.07. But
the course fee was not refunded to me till date.
So sir please help me to get back my fees or guide me how i can get my
money back.

for the euiry about my refund of money. As my native place is 500 K.M
from the Study centre, I had spent near about 4000/- rupees for this only.
But all are in vain they gave no hope and shattered my wishes about the
refund by saying that it will take time every time i had visited them.
