I have purchased nicer dicer from telebrand india vide order no.1693780 first i recd my product after 1 month after receiving of product i use it but the blades of that were not satisfactory working then i called telebrand for complaint they said return back to us i send that back through courier vide c.n.no.75300146 dated 01/10 but instead of change the product or refund after making several calls to them they said we have not recd the product & told me to courier recd recpt to fax them. i faxed that recpt three times but they told me that our fax machine is not working, some times they tell today there is no person to receive fax & so many things to avoid of returning money.
