We purchased the above product from telebrand tv shoppie, the product was delivered to us on 08.05.09 evening through its dealer Moothedan Overseas Mumbai, Kalyan, vide invoice no.932466 dt 08.05.09.
The product is not upto the mark, specially the blades of the dicer are very fragile, as soon as i started chopping the onion one of the blade has come out. This is the first complaint of mine but i'm more upset with the behavior of your CS staff and dealer. This is my request to you pl look into this matter otherwise i've to take some other step as i know my rights.
