VERY VERY POOR PRODUCT PERMANCE

I have booked and received an nicer -dicer thorugh VPP of order no: M769682 on 7th may.09 at cost of Rs. 2294/- from telebrands india bombay, and found very poor perfomance is that is not at all diceing the vegetables demonstrated thorugh teve-sites..

I have also paid loyality card cost of 135 rupees, but i have not received any loyality card.

when i contacted them, they recommend to dial 022-40989529 but its always have no response.

please revert wtih your comments to how to get its service. or pay back money paid by me..
