Pathetic Construction Quality

I bought these two apartments E001 and E004 last year on the basis of a glossy brochure and lofty promises. What they have delivered is a substandard apartment with poor construction, . Seepage is on every wall. Plaster falling, blocked toilets, non functional electrical fittings. A look at the state of the flat is sickining with all distemper falling because of dampness. They charge one of the highest maintenance in the area and the maintenance office is worse than any public office. Constant queue of complaining residents, indifferent, rude staff. All visits to head office, marketing office, maintenance office useless. Shame.
