Refunded amount not recieved from 3 years

I was student of NIIT Lajwanti Garden center. i had changed my center from lajwanti garden to Connought Place. At the time of transfer my refunded amount was due on NIIT Jalwanti Garden is Rs 4995. but i not recieved this amount till now. many times i visited this center but my problem is not solve.
