Faculty behaviour is not good

I have taken a transfer in Delhi and have to join the classes as soon as possible, because i have to do the job and i need a evening batch, and the way they treated me like unknown person, i am a student of niit but they did not even ask that and i have gone several times to conform the batch timing but they don't talk like a human being even. They are not interested in a student like they are the president of niit. Nobody was helpful, or ready to tell and they even don't pick up the call. All faculties was very rude in behaviour.
