As I have committed by representative of Akansha Automobile Care Rudrapur Uttarakhand to receive my car after maintenance as on 3rd sep. 2009 but this evening they are saying today they are unable to deliver my car. I have tomorrow a urgent work in chandigarh but now I am unable to reach there. Who will be responsible for like these types of wrong commitments? who will pay for my work losses?
