I had Rs 299 plan in my post paid account.(119-100004466) But suddenly I found that my usage charges has been enhanced to Rs 454.15 from the month of July. I enquired the matter from your customer care executive and came to know that my line has been upgraded to internet connection. Now my question is
1.Who is authorised to make such undesired connection?
2.Who and when you are asked to do such thing without my concent?
3.Is it not a case of fraudulent activity?
The concerned customer executive noted my complaint and assured that required action would be taken under intimation to me. But sorry to say that nothing has been done so far. You are requested to submit the bill after deleting the excess amount paid with my monthly bill since last six months. I shall not make the payment due on 30 th of this month until I get the solution of this problem and no penalty payment would be made if the reply is delayed from your end. Pl ease resolve the matter and do not force me to take any unpleasant action.
