Blockage in the channel

I am Jagadish resident of 444/A 25 th cross sector 3 HSR layout, the chennel which runs infront of my house is blocked from one month. During this rainy season, the rain water is overflowing above the channell and there is chance of coming into the house.

Please clear the blockage in the channel so that there is free flow of rain water.
