Poor quality of work done

IN ANNA NAGAR 6TH AVENUE near joshua matriculation school, at the junction repair work was carried

out in the collection pit, after completion of work, the surrounding area of pit is not properly closed with sand and leveled and cavity is formed. because of this this we are unable to use the road. Many vehicle get caught in the cavity and two wheelers were falled in the cavity.please take immediate action.
