Neglecting phone complains

Sir,

I am a resident of thaparnagar, meerut, in meerut our electricity complaints are not accepting on phone, all the time they demand to come to their electricity office, with electricity bill then they will accept the complaint otherwise not. The problem is if the complaining person is unable to go to their office how can he/she will go for complaints.

I think almost every type of complaints are registering on phone in these days.

second thing, if we have electricity fault after 5 pm. they did not listen or come and said they are unable to come, they will come next day whenever the staff come. Their excuse is there is no staff to attend the complaints. These means at dark nights we are helpless.

So please kindly consider my complaint and try to refind these rules. It will be very helpful for meerut people.
