Not received passport

I nadiya submitted my daughter's passport on 23.06.08 in tatkal service.i was said that the passport will come on 27th june.but till now i did not receive my daughter's passport.when i checked in net it is showing "please furnish father/mothe affadavit:.i submitted all the documents which were required.i even went to passport office for enquiry .they said i will come.but till now no response... please do something as soon as possible.
