No proper reply from Delhi regarding our Courier whereabouts

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you for the services of DTDC Courier. We have sent one material through DTDC from Pune to Delhi on urgent basis on 05.01.08 - Docket No. P07891014 relying on the Courier services that it will reach within 2-3 days. But since last 6-7 days we are giving the follow up for the same but we are not getting any proper answer from their side. This has happened for 3-4 times continously.

When I called to the Delhi Branch for enquiring about the courier he was not responding in a positive sense. Instead he told that they are not responsible for that courier.

So I kindly request you to look into the matter and lodge this complaint as an serious matter.
