My name is Ravikumar L Rajvansh I have a gas connection of your company registered from Ex-gas agency /aekta gas service (sashtri nagar ahmedabad) My customer no is A.16458 now refill service provide by Nirmala Gas Agency (ahmedabad)
I have many type of complaints against the Nirmala Gas Agency as below
(1) The agency have two phone for refill booking i.e (1) 27640693 (2) 32209880 but former one is permanently non responding and the lettar one is stay switch off from 9-00am to 3-30pm and so we can not book any refill through both telephone still 3-30pm
(2)(extra many pay/non dilivery-) I had booked my refill on 8/08/08 but dilivery had been not done and so i had to get the refill through black marketing with paying Rs 50 extra on 24/08/08 and also refill bill had been not issued to me
(3) (non booking) When i got refill in black on 24/08/08 and after that
i tried to book my other refill on 8/09/08 but agency refuse to book it say that refill booking can not be done before 21 days of delivery even though then after i have booked arefill on 17/09/08 and still the date i.e 11/10/08 i have got not any refill What should i do? Have i to get refill in black again?
The above activities of this Agency arise many question
(A) Is there any involvement of the officials of your company for not taking any action deliberatly against the agency
(B) there are many complaints against the agency then why company does not take any action for these types of illigel activuties done by the agency
Pleas kindly do needful to resolve my above problems
