Non receipt of allotment letter for new gas connection

I had booked a new domestic gas connection at NIRMAL GAS AGENCY, COIMBATORE on 28/08/09. My booking no is 111815460001683. i have not yet received my allotment lettter after which only i can go to the agency for claiming my cylinder. Kindly do necessary action to do the needful.
