Complaint on: Nirmal Indane Gas Service, Avarampalayam, Coimbatore-641 006
When I called the agency to book refill cylinder they refused to book cylinder even after 25 days. and says Indane officials not supplying the cylinder.
1.What is your instruction regarding the number of days to book next refill cylinder? Is there any guide line regarding that?
2.They entered delivery date one, but supplied it after one week. It takes more than 35 days to get a refill. What is happening for one week? Why it is so?
3.How many connections do they have?
4.Why the billing is done one week before and delivered after?
5.Why always one phone connection at agency is always engaged?
6.Is SMS booking working?
7.Whether the supply from Indane refill point is delayed every time?
