Construction of the Building at very slow pace and misleading flat owners, no information sharing

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked my flat withalmost 50% money paid with complete stamp duty / registration paid on 16th DEC but till date the builder has just manged to contruct on 5-6 floors of total 35 floors... On trying to contact the builder he is not available nor any official letter from the builder has been issued, moreover his employees have been fooling us by making false promises... such a big banner company with a title "the man who tansformed Mulund" but so low on his words..

HELP NEEDED...
