Non-receipt of membership number/card even after lapse of 6 months

I took a membership of Action India Pvt. Ltd.(Cross Road) for providing me service in case of any probable breakdown of my vehicle no. DL 8C E 3798 vide challan no. 1511 dated 12.12.2008 but inspite of repeated calls at their call centre (On the numbers available on the challan) I failed to get a membership number/ card. I have also learnt from my friends that they were charging less from other customers but they charged Rs. 499 from me.

I would like my complaint to be redressed
