Dear Concerned,
the matter is long pending and very serious. i dhiraj bhalla invested with the builder named NITISHREE INFRASTRUCTURE (owner Mr. Anil Jain) operating from NOIDA. they frequently changed there office address and staff too.
i booked a plot which was well marketed by the company in 2005 on NH24. the society was named as SHOURYAPURAM. like all investers i also invested my hard earned money of around 5lacs and booked the plot of 175 sq yards (all reciepts are with me).the balance was to be as and when asked by the company.
in 2005 end the company again gave a huge party at the location (NH 24 near G.T Road) and invited the investors in that party. they again asked for the money which we paid.
the possession of the plot after all formalities was supposed to be given in 2006 end but till date nothing has happened.
i have tried talking to the officials of NITIshree but the staff is changing so frequently that there is no commitment from them.
at last i tried to contact Mr. Anil Jain (owner of NITISHREE) but till date he is out of station or else busy or else not picking up the phone. his PA is not informed where he is, sometimes he is hospital for checkup or sometime he is at home. Bottomline he is not responding.
now after so many investors have come forward then they have come with new scheme that just transfer our money in our another scheme in NH 58.
the fraud is happening every bit second and people are coming forward but no result.
kindly suggest what i should do as in today's date my father is in Yasoda Hospital Ghaziabd in ICCU at critical stage and i cannot ask or even dream for getting back my hardearned money.
i will be waiting for your reply. do guide me to take step.
