CORfRECTION OF NAME, MIDDLE NAME, SURNAME

R/sir,

I am a member of Nmart company whose head office is surat. i have joint it in month of January. At the time of registration distributor has done mistake of name he has taken my fathers name istead of my name.

About that matter i have given lot of time mail to companies c.e.o mr. hirani sir lot of time on my mail box (id is [email protected]) and also contact on mobile to correction my surname, name, middle name of my nmart id no. 8762020

so I request you that to solve my problems as early as possible.
