Delay in delivery of passport

I have submitted my passport form on 19th of may at Lucknow passport office with urgent passport request.

My passport submission file No is LKOa089361-08

till date i have not recieved my passport, i m in urgent need of passport as i have to appear in a very important exam and i have to submitt the details of my passport as a compulsory formality.

please let me know the status of my application.
