If my complaint is heard here then its worth typing or else its another waste of time.
BSNL Broadband has not provided me the speed that has been told as per the plan i have. I have Home 500 and i should get 256 Kbps/Upto 2Mbps as per the plan and I have not even got the BSNL Broadband speed (check the picture), every time i am told to either check the line or call the local exchange. The linesman is not computer literate and he does his job of checking the line only (stating it as solved). We as consumers wait like monkeys for the ball. The system will never change nor will anything happen. In spite i am complaining to see if it is heard by some sole. God Bless..
