Hi,

I have purchase Activa scooter from Sai point Honda, only distributor of Honda scooter and motorcycle in Thane.

Whenever I am visitng their service center they refuse to take the same by saying that they have ample of vehicle for servicing. Later on they suggested me to visit their new service center at Patli pada. During my first visit for free service at their patlipada service center, they charge me instead of free service they told me that since my date is overdue by more then two weeks (without my fault) they cannot do free service. Even it was new scooter not run for more then 500 KMs they insisted me to change the Oil too and altogether billed me for more then Rs. 500. After that incidence at service center I felt that myself has been cheated by them. I requested showroom people to take a complain they refused to do so. Even service center manager was not in mood to listen my complain as he was so busy. Please let me know how to get rid of this if I will visit next time for second free service.
