I want to highlight some adverse facts about the Noida development authority, who had allotted varous flats in its flat scheme in 2007 in sector 99-100, but almost 3and 1/2 years passed authority had not given possesion of flats to allottees. I had asked some questions regarding same under RTI Application- 5450 from Noida Development Authority, as the possession of same had not been given to its allottee even after completion of required time by authority i.e. 3 yrs after allotment as per their clause and I had received incomplete and unconcerned reply from Shri N.P. Gautam, Dy. Gen Manager (Bhawan) instead PIO/APIO. How Shri Gautam is concerned directly? Or can he reply for RTI directly?
2. Authority responsible officer refused to reply properly saying that when, why, how etc. words are used for asking questions. (Copy of reply attached for ready reference). Can Shri Gautam or anyone tell me how any question can be asked without using such words?
3. I again requested to first appellate officer to reply properly for my RTI questions within the framed time limit; but no result.
This shows the attitude of a Govt body towords the general public.
