I regret to bring to your kind notice that the problem in my mobile had not been rectified. Yesterday the instrument is once again given in your Care Centre.

I narrate below the defects in the above Cell Phone once again.

If a number is dialed and the green button pressed, the call goes to some other number.

If green button is pressed to know the last dialed number the last number is correctly displayed. But when pressed for redialing some other number is getting. Each and ecery time I have to dial, go to ‘option’ menu and select ‘call’ to get the correct number connected. For redialing this method is also getting false number.

Very occasionally the instrument is getting the correct number. I had given the instrument for rectifying the problem well before expiry of the warranty. But you had not observed properly and rectified the problem.

If the problem could not be rectified, you please replace the Cell Phone with a new one. For your ready reference I enclose herewith a copy of my earlier letter dated 18.12.07

In the above Cell Phone:

It is the thing mostly happening. Some times very rarely it goes to the correct number.

I noticed this defect some 9 months before. But as I did not have time to come to Service Centre, I brought the instrument to your Care Centre only in December ’07. I was told that there were some software problems. I gave the instrument two times. In both occasions the instrument was returned to me after service and I was told that the defects were rectified. As I checked on receipt of the instrument the problem seemed to be rectified. But the same error comes after some time.

In Jainsons Bill they have noted as “Only service Warranty. No Replacement”. But if the problem could not be rectified you have to replace the Cell Phone with a new one. Kindly send my Cell Phone to your Regional/ Head Office and get me the replacement. A Xerox copy of the Purchase Bill (of Jainsons) is enclosed herewith.
