We have purchased this mobile in authorized centre with warrenty. We have paid more than the market
price to cover warrenty.
Now this mobile is in warrenty period.
There was a complaint of improper functioning of mobile and we approached Nokia Care service centre
and told this mobile is in warrenty period. They have not taken the mobile citing that the mobile is liquid logged and we have to pay the service charges.

We have to agree the mobile as liquid logged to take our mobile for service.
Even in warrenty period they want to charge that is why they insist as liquid logged.
They have not changed any part but they want Rupees 200 for repair.
If they replace any part we are ready to pay but without that for servicing they want service charge in
warrenty period. Then why they issue warrenty and it found to be fraud.
I have made this complaint in phone to nokiacareline banglore and they also told us that if it is liquid logged you need to pay and it will not cover in warrenty.
But it i am complaining they are taking the mobile only in this liquid logged category to collect the
service charge.
