I received sms message from bsnl to send sms for act joke for which rs.15 will be charged monthly and will receive two jokes a day. i did it. I am getting hindi jokes and unable to follow. while activating it did not ask for language. also it sends only one joke it seems several times i contacted 9400024365 and unable to contact office. I tried 1500 and they insist on contacting this number only. I asked for website to complain. They refuse to tell. acidentally if found this site and effecting complaint.
