Phnone software problem

This complaint is in regard of the nokia phone software which is faulty..

This phone comes with opera mini4.2 as a default browser which should not be provided.

Basically this phone have a browser related problem, every time it is not properly shut down it malfunctions and then doesn't open again ever.

i have got it repared 4 times but still the problem remains the same and i am not getting robust phone software which eradicates the above said problem
