PF (KN/BN/34272/50819) amount not yet received

Hi,

I m Sonali V Keluskar, regarding my pending PF amount..I have already filled the PF form and the same was Submitted the PF withdrawal form to Addeca, Vashi office on 24th Jan.

I m requesting you to process my PF account no. KN/BN/34272/50819 as soon as possible and send the cheque to My Bhavani Bank A/C 7140. I have already sumbitte the cancel cheque to my A/C.

Please look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.
