Non processing of my PF

This is Ibrahim Khan here from Hyderabad. I have submitted my resignation on 25 may. after that

submitted PF Form i.e., 10c & Form 19. FORM -10-c is got settled for the amount of Rs. 7760/- Ch No 457424 dated on 23/12 Bank Name: Axis Bank Account Number: 008010100521659 and Form19 is got rejected from PF office without any reason. These 2 Forms submitted on 24/9. Rejection of form 19 came to know on after 6 months i.e., 29 july. It has taken 1 month time to get submit. Now i have given my personal account number with bank details which was crossed blank cheque. Since then there is no response from your Department. I call these number 25734590 to check my status, but it always engage. I am jobless since then, having family responsiblity. Nobody is responding. Even i don't know on what basis of calculation done for the form 10c amount. Pls i kindly request you to look in these matter. I will be very grateful to you.
