This complaint is to register the pathetic service that a Nokia Care center can provide. I bought this phone on August 28th and just within 4 months it started to stop recognizing the SIM card. Throws up an error saying ' SIM card not inserted'. I checked with all different SIM cards, not only just AIRTEL, but did check with VOdafone, SPice etc. I visited the local care center 8 times and in that twice it was sent to Tier 2 service at Chennai. Even after assurance am facing the same problem. THis complaint care center is from Bangalore, Malleswaram. I just can't believe Nokia can so irresponsible of their reputation. Please don't buy this even after it projects itself to be the best in genre. This is PATHETIC!!
