i have purchased NOKIA 6500 C (IMEI NO. 357683012763886) at Planet M Shop no. 30 a kingsway camp New Delhi 09 on 24/10/08
since my mobile is iving problem as its night mode does not on an the video qwalit is so bad and images are also bad as its night mode is not working.hanging problems while incoming and outgoing call are also occuring, after some time its phone memory has been protected. I have given it for the service at NOKIA Care (Job sheet No: 184433527/090316/100) at RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad. Uttar pradesh.
i am really sorry to say the invironment of the service centre is not helping at all, there is very hotch potch system, first they peopele refused to take my cell as they said to me that my mobie is out of warranty and i was shocked to listen this that i purchased my mobile just 6 monts ago. but after that they taken my mobile n sent it for ELS but ELS has not been done, as they said that mobile will sent to the compony as they have not proper servisec for this particular model. after 5 days o 21/3/09 when i called them so they said that my phone is repaired and i may take this .when i went there and took my mobile i saw that thay did not sent my mobile to compony and only software problem has been done accpet hardware problems, so my problem is not solved. Night mode problem, Video Nad images qwality still bad becouse they dit not repaired it and the service centre people have not any satisfactry answer for it as i feel they are not able to give the answer dats why i m sending u this mail.
Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I ask you to replace or repair the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains
undaunted.
