PF amount not released so far

Dear Sir,

I, Sandeep Verma worked with Tata Teleservices Ltd. Punjab for One year through Adecco (an Outsource Co.). my PF withdrawl form (Form No.19&10C) was submitted to PF department on 10/04/08 at Bomanhally PF Regional Office, but my amount is not released so far, even Ivn't got any information regarding the same. I'v gotthe acknowledgement copy from the PF department for the same.

Would request to suggest me about the further necessary action for the same.
