I AM USING THE ABOVE MOBILE NO., AND BILL PAYMENT IS BEING MADE BY CHEQUE. HOWEVER, ON UPDATING MY BANK BOOK I HAVE NOTICED THAT MY ACCOUNT IS BEING DEBITED EVERY MONTH AND ON CHECKING WITH UNION BANK OF INDIA, THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME THE MOBILE NO AGAINST THE DEBIT EXCEPT THE INFORMATION GIVEN ABOVE.

I TRIED CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE TO GET THE MOBILE NO AGAINST THE DEBIT TO MY ACCOUNT, BUT REGRET TO SAY THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME THE INFORMATION AS THEY ARE INSISTING ON THE MOBILE NO., WHICH IS VERY REDICULOUS WHEN I MYSELF IS TRYING TO FIND THE SAME INFORMATION, IF I HAD KNOW THEN THE QUESTION WOULD NOT HAVE ARRIVED.

CAN YOU TELL ME HOW AM I TO KNOW THE MOBILE NO.BY RETURN MAIL IMMEDIATELY AS OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE THE MATTER ON LEGAL TERMS WITH RECOVERY ALONGWITH INTEREST @24% P.A.
