After 1 month phone not received by company

My mobile model no.6300 is given to progressive care which is service center of nokia care in gwalior due to problem with d'nt accept memory card on date 17/07/08 my job shet no. is 180343506/080717/15 till date i'll not receive my phone & representatives of nokia care not responding me correctly i called him many times but my problems is same as before so i request u to plz give me some concern & try to Solve my proble becoz im completely helpless about my problem
