Sir,
I always use nokia products in terms of Mobiles and always used to say my friends and collegues also to use the nokia for Reliable and continues servicing without any intruption.
But Sooner my this faith became worst. I had purchased A new Nokia 5610d on 20 feb. Allthings are going right before 30 August. As my handset has been broken from the joystick part and the Camera is also not working correctly. I went to the local shops to verify whether it can be repairable. They told me to take it to the Nokia care so i went to Virar West Nokia Care and shown this mobile to Mr. B.S. Chouhan (Shop manager). He told me on the very first day (6 Oct) that they will first check it and will tell the estimate cost by that day in the evening.
When I called him he told me that till he had not checked the phone so will give the info tomorrow. But dus to some important work i forgotten to talk to him. After 3 days on Friday (10 oct) i went there and told about all the problems mobile having, they told me that the mobile will be sent to Main head office for repairing, will call me and provide the info about estimated cost for repairing on monday 13-oct. But there is no response from them till date. Whenever i called him on his mobile no. 09960464422 he always said that will call tomorrow and tell me the fact. and now he is not picking up the phone also.
I had already informed him that i am not having any other mobile and my all important calls are awaiting.
