I have purchased Nokia cell phone model No. N-72 from The Mobile Store, S.V.Road, Goregoan (West), Mumbai.vide Invoice No. MH/01147/00001/3642 dtd.02/02.I have visited the Nokia care centre, M/S.Sarvesh Telecom regarding the software problem, but the gentleman insisted that it is not any manufacturing defect, it is an memory issue & application user fault, take it or leave it, hence in the absence of any alternative, I agreed & within 30 Minutes it was rectified. I have paid under protest Rs.281.00 invoice no.407.dtd.04/08.The same problem is surfaced again i.e.within just Ten days of the so called repairs. I request the Company Nokia India to kindly Replace the Defected Product or Refund the Amount Paid with cost.
