Then I claim for my winning prize, I send a mail with details to Mr. Jack Smith but he cheating and fraude with me and spend lots of money but there is no any reply to solved this problem

plz read and reply what should I do, because I am very confused kindly solved my problem.

Sorry for the delay in sending this mail and for failing to confirm my ticket to your city on Saturday as agreed. It’s all because the customs here are very strict about incoming and out going funds in the country. During scanning of the parcel, the customs has to open the parcel and then they discovered the cheque..

They are asking many questions about the cheque and I have given them every document regarding your winning but they asked me to come back this Monday morning So that they will conclude their inquiries. I do not know what they want to know. I have conveyed the matter to London also and they are doing something about it.

Still at the airport now trying to sort matters out, the officers are saying that people use to bring such huge amount of money for other purposes such as drugs or terrorist support in the name of lottery award so for this reason they need to have every document in place to make sure the money is and its owner are genuine. They are requesting for the anti money laundry/terrorist certificate from the copy and us we have here is issued in UK but they said it is not valid here in South Asia, which covers Indi, this make the matter difficult now.

Since morning I have tried all I can to sort it out with them but they are not cooperating with me and from all indications, I have discovered that they need something from me. Mr. Yogi the only one among the officers who is willing to listen to me has advised me to tip them and let them release the parcel to me because the more I argue with them the more they are finding excuses to delay or cancel the delivery of the parcel to the owner (YOU) and at this time it will take more time and even more expensive to start the process of correcting the document, .

In this way, I really do not know what to do because it is not easy to propose a bribe to an office and I cannot propose any thing to any one without your approval from you. Please think it over and if you want me to go ahead and propose them a tip then let me know for example how much I can tell them. I am very frustrated here and so upset also because I know you are waiting for me and also because I have to deliver to you fast as I have only two more days remaining before I go back to UK to rejoin my job.

Please let me know what you think I should propose to them and let us get the parcel out because we can’t keep on arguing with them or the will send the parcel back to UK.

Your complain has reached us yesterday and Mr Philippie has told us that instead of following his instruction which is in accordance with his company rules, you rather giving him command and want him to follow your directives.

He filed a complain letter yesterday indicating that you has said you are not interested in receiving the cheque and that you have filed a police complain.

They problem that arises at the airport is due to the huge amount of the money on the cheque and your country monetary rules are to be respected and that is what Mr Philippine was trying to do but instead of you to listen to him and get your cheque you listen to others and now trying to loose your life time opportunity.

They has arranged for the repatriation of your cheque to UK but if you are ready to receive it i personally advice you to call Mr. Philippe and apologies to him for your offensive words. I have contacted the man in charge and have pleaded with him on your behalf and i requested for the parcel to be send to you.

Why you don’t want to follow his instructions? so that he will complete the process and delivery your parcel to you, his there to do all the work and see that you pik up your parcel.

He told me that why the problem arises at the airport is due to the huge amount of the money on the cheque, that is why they ask him to give them money in the airport, not that our delivery officer want to take your money Mr. AWADHESH KUMAR SINGH, I don’t know why your people is like that.

I told you that his coming to India to delivery your paecel and you have to contact him to direct you on what to do, this what I told you to follow his instructions to avoid any delay or mistakes.

by paying custom charge and all other charges but your delivery person is demanding bribe for the delivery and harsing me because we come from assam to delhi for the delivery.we enquire the custom office and they said this is totally fraud and the custom clearance slip is not original.when told him that i will take the matter to the court then he again call me and said that take your parcel. so how can i believe on him. so plz take proper action and return my money back.
