Online Ticket booking not processed but amout debited

Dear Sir,

I have tried to book a ticket for KG Big cinema in coimbatore, But the payment has not processed and it was showing only error message. I tried twice but in vain. the Transaction details are

But the amount has been deducted from my card. I have contacted ICICI they are saying merchant debited it. Request you kindly actin to refund the amount
