My epf not yet settled

I was came out from the company on 30th june and all follow up as per the company all the forms was submitted to EPF office on oct'2008. Even after submitted the require forms to the office I did not get any amount from EPF office.

More details will give next mail. For this where I have to contact Pl provide me the details.
