Spot on the inner side of lcd, hanging problem and video songs are not playing since i showed to the local nokia care centre at narnual haryana

your technicians at your Nokia care centre at Narnaul (Haryana) are totally ignorant as far as N5800 is concerned. i visited the aforesaid centre as multi media functions were not working properly. when i got my cell phone back, i found some spots inside the lcd. when i asked about it, he told me that it will take at least one month to replace my lcd. since then i have visited them many times, but they have not done anything except making exuses. now i have made my mind to knock the doors of the court if you dont solve my problems regarding multi media functions and the spots on the lcd
